Ten-plus services, one local crew — septic, sewer, water and excavation, all handled in-house. Here’s everything we do.
New installs, repairs and full replacements — tanks and drainfields sized and built for North Idaho soil and code. When a system fails, we diagnose it honestly and fix the actual problem, not just the symptom.

Waterfront lots are their own animal — shoreline setbacks, soils and access all shape what’s possible, and the wrong plan stalls a build. We do lake and river systems the right way: a site evaluation first, then the engineered or advanced system the lot actually calls for, coordinated with the health district.

Adding an ADU, guest house or extra bedrooms — or an Accessory Living Unit (ALU), the term Kootenai County uses for a granny flat or second dwelling on your parcel? The first question is whether your septic can carry the added load, and that answer comes before you build, not after. Rural acreage especially: we check the existing system and the parcel, walk the permitting path with the health district, and install or upgrade to match.

No municipal water, a seasonal property, or you just want a reliable reserve — a cistern gives you dependable storage. We handle the excavation, placement and set, and tie it into your water system so it actually works day to day.

Excavation is the backbone of everything we do — and it’s a service on its own. Residential, commercial and municipal site work: digging, grading, trenching and utilities, new-build site prep, and the dirt work behind every septic, water, sewer and drainage job. If it needs iron in the ground, we run it.

From a slow line to a full collapse, we handle sewer from the house to the main — open-cut when it makes sense, and trenchless when it saves your yard. Root intrusion, bellies, offsets and breaks, all handled.

Replace a failed sewer line without trenching your yard, driveway or landscaping. Pipe bursting pulls a new line through the path of the old one — two small access points instead of one long scar. We’re one of the few local crews that does it.

Clean water in, reliably. We install, repair and replace water lines and system components for homes and buildings — from a leaking service line to a full re-run. Out on rural acreage we also set up RV hookups — running water and sewer to an RV pad or site so a camper or travel trailer has a real, permanent connection.

When a job calls for HDPE, we fuse it ourselves. Heat-fused HDPE makes one continuous, leak-free line — no joints or fittings to fail — which is exactly why it’s the right pipe for trenchless pipe bursting, water lines and demanding installs. Fusing our own in-house instead of subbing it out keeps your project on schedule and built to spec.

Standing water against the house, a yard that won’t drain, a soggy low spot that never dries out — a French drain fixes it. We dig it in right, with the proper gravel and fabric, so groundwater gets pulled away and stays moving instead of pooling where you don’t want it.

Concrete, structures and site teardown — hauled off and cleaned up, ready for what’s next. Usually paired with our excavation and site-prep work.
