HDPE Pipe Fusion

Heat-fused polyethylene pipe — one continuous, leak-free line with no joints or fittings to fail. We fuse our own, right here in North Idaho.

What HDPE fusion is — and why it’s better

HDPE (high-density polyethylene) pipe isn’t joined with glue or fittings. It’s heat-fused — the pipe ends are melted and pressed together into one continuous piece that’s as strong at the joint as it is anywhere else. No couplings, no glued seams, nothing to work loose or leak down the road.

That’s exactly why HDPE is the pipe of choice for water lines, sewer force mains and trenchless pipe bursting — anywhere you want a line you can bury and forget.

What you get

  • One continuous, seamless line — no fittings or joints to fail
  • Built to outlast the old pipe — corrosion-proof and flexible
  • The right pipe for pipe bursting, water service and demanding installs
  • Fewer weak points means fewer callbacks and repairs

We fuse our own — in-house

Plenty of crews that need fused HDPE sub it out and wait on someone else’s schedule. We don’t. We run our own fusion equipment, so the fusing happens on our timeline and to our standard — which keeps your job moving and the quality in our hands. It’s one of the things that sets us apart from most local outfits.

Where it fits your project

New water service, a sewer line you want done once and done right, or a trenchless pipe-bursting job that pulls fused HDPE through the path of the old line — if the job calls for polyethylene, we’ve got it covered start to finish.
