Excavator Operator — Part-Time

Run excavator and skid steer on septic installs, drainfields, water lines and site work — trenching, grading and digging to plan. Part-time to start with flexible hours and real room to grow into steady work. Time on a machine required; septic or utility experience a plus. Hiring now.

Part-Time · Pay DOE

Laborer / Groundsman

Hands-on ground crew — digging, backfilling, running pipe and setting tanks, and keeping the site moving. The best way into the trade: show up ready to work and we’ll teach you the rest. No experience required.

$18–$22 / hr · DOE

Equipment Operator

Run excavators, skid steers and dozers for septic installs, drainfields, water lines and site work — grading, trenching and digging to plan. Time on a machine required; septic or utility experience a plus.

$28–$34 / hr · DOE

Foreman / Crew Lead

Run the job and the crew — read the plan, set the pace, own layout, quality and the client relationship. Septic/excavation experience and the ability to lead a crew required. The path for someone ready to run their own jobsite.

$33–$40 / hr · DOE

Pay depends on experience and what you bring to the crew. This is busy, steady work — good equipment, a tight crew that has your back, and real room to grow with the company.
