We’re an Idaho registered contractor (RCE-59118) and a permitted installer listed with Panhandle Health District. We handle the site evaluation, soil work, design and permitting so your system passes the first time.
Adding an ADU?
Before you build, your septic has to handle the extra load. We check whether your current system has the capacity and upgrade it if it doesn’t — so the ADU permit isn’t held up by the septic.

It depends on the system type, soil and site — a standard gravity system and an advanced lakefront system are very different. We quote it free after a site look.
How long does installation take?
Once permitted, many installs are a few days on site. Design and permitting add lead time — start early, especially in building season.
